Free Motion Designs
"Free Motion" essentially means that I am hand guiding the machine. The designs you see below are representative of what any particular design looks like, but won't be exactly the same. Here are just a few options:
Loops with variations
Loops are a simple way to quilt a quilt. They can be integrated with leaves, hearts, or stars and can be very light and open or more dense.
Meander
An all-over meander is a bit like puzzle pieces. It typically doesn't cross itself and is one continuous line across the entire quilt. This can be done in a variety of sizes from very small to quite large.
Feathers and Fire
Feathers and fire is an all over free motion design that has random feathers along with long tendrils that can look like flames or long leaves. I can also add flowers. This is a "pattern" that is just play and can be as dense or open as you want.
Custom Quilting
Custom quilting is just that - completely custom. It typically involves ruler work combined with background fills and tends to be more dense. This is a discussion for us to have about the look and feel you'll be looking for on your quilt.
